Penguin Wrapped in Cozy Scarf Coloring Page

This adorable little penguin has a friendly demeanor and a round belly that is kept warm with many folds of a scarf that fall over both flippers. In addition to being warm, this scarf adds to the texture of this design because of its soft tassels. This penguin has a very large and expressive eye, along with a tiny beak that adds to its charm. Although there is nothing on the ice below its feet other than ice, the ice does have details of bubbles scattered over the top of it.
